  • Proven background in innovative and intuitive design with  strong conceptual art skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of layout
  • Ability to adapt artistic style as needed
  • Polished client presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate a clear vision of how the work addresses problems and requirements in a creative brief
  • Ability to envision creative ways to leverage online ideas and technologies
  • High level of proficiency in branding, online marketing, and media concepts
  • Ability to integrate the big picture through multiple mediums
Pluses
  • Working knowledge of web design, online-media, user-experience analysis, video, audio, animation and illustration
  • Interactive agency experience
  • Traditional art skills with the ability to render light and shadow
